Baileigh Industrial’s hydraulic mandrel benders are high-speed, high-performance, and highly accurate (+/- 0.1°), designed for high production and heavy-duty bending.

These mandrel tube bender machines are available in many different formats, from NC through to full CNC control and with the capability of working on up to 16 different axes.

A large range of bending radii can be achieved with the hydraulic range of machines. The push bend option will allow the operator to achieve very large radius bends. With the booster option D bends can be achieved (bend radius 1 x outside diameter of the tube). With capacities from 35mm to 350mm OD (outside diameter) the range covers all applications.

As standard, the mandrel pipe bender machines are supplied with a hydraulic mandrel extractor, pressure die, and pressure die assist. Along with many other options, we have the ability to integrate the machines with loading and finishing systems.
