The MB-NCH-2 mandrel machine offers increased control and accuracy for applications that require multi-plane bending.
The numerical control made by Telemecanique, can handle up to 25 programs with 10 bends (Y-axis) and 10 rotations (Z-axis) per program. Our complete hydraulic design comes standard with 10 bending speeds, which govern both bending and pressure die assist for optimal control.
The Baileigh Industrial mandrel bender line incorporates cutting edge clamping technology by means of Direct Acting Cylinders (DAC), resulting in unequaled quality.
With NC controlled models available in sizes ranging from ¼” up to a massive 13” O.D bending capacity there is no job too small or too large.
