Unacceptable

Upon receipt of this diaphragm pump I realized it was not the one I needed. The fittings for my sprayer are all quick connect and this pump uses standard 3/8 and 1/2 inch connections. I immediately contacted customer service to begin the return process. It has now been over 2 weeks and I have received no instructions on returning the product and only excuses that the warehouse is not communicating with the CSR. He assures me he will take it up with his Supervisor tomorrow. We shall see. As of now, I assure you I'll not be making the mistake of ordering from you again... and would advise anyone who is considering doing so to be very sure the product they are requesting fits their application. If it's not right, you, based on my experience, will be getting the run around.
