Hard work never felt so easy. The Optrel Helix CLT paired with the e3000X PAPR system delivers premium auto-darkening welding and grinding protection with all-day powered respiratory protection, built for the toughest working conditions.

This "Ready-to-Weld" package combines the fully integrated Helix CLT slide-up welding helmet with the e3000X, a high-performance TH3-rated powered air purifying respirator (PAPR). The Helix CLT's compact, lightweight shell and panoramic 6x field of view are matched with adaptive ShadeTronic® auto-darkening technology, while the e3000X pushes up to 240 liters of fresh, filtered air per minute directly to your mouth and nose — filtering out 99.8% of harmful welding particles. Together, they're engineered so you forget you're wearing breathing protection at all.

Helix CLT Helmet Highlights

  • 6x panoramic field of view with slide-up function — two visor positions for welding and a 180° clear view for grinding and other work
  • True color view and FadeTronic dark-to-light (twilight mode) transition
  • ShadeTronic® fully automatic, stepless shade adjustment (can be switched off): shade level 4–12; manual mode 7–12
  • Light state (not activated): 2.0
  • Five sensors with multi-sensor detection, continuously adjustable sensitivity with "Super High" range
  • Optrel IsoFit® headgear included, with Position Locker for safe open/closed helmet positioning

  • Three individually selectable, fully controlled airflow levels: 170 / 210 / 240 l/min
  • Intelligent alarm automatically steps down to the next airflow level as the filter saturates, without interrupting your work
  • Continuously adjustable forehead air outlet routes up to 20% of airflow for a cooling effect
  • High-quality brushless motor with electronic fuse; optical and audible alarms for low battery, clogged filter, no filter, and low flow
  • Li-Ion rechargeable battery (14.8V / 3.25Ah), 500+ charge cycles
