Application Instructions
- Ready to use — do not dilute
- Apply immediately after final steel troweling once surface water evaporates, covering the slab at 200-400 sq ft/gal per ASTM C309
- Dry time is approximately 2 hours at 70°F, adjusted for temperature, humidity, and application rate
- Apply before placing reinforcing steel and within two weeks of panel pouring
- Saturate the casting slab with water before applying bond breaker coats to fill remaining porosity and minimize the "osmotic effect"
- Consider applying SpecChem Cure & Seal 25 or Cure & Seal WB as a cure coat first to reduce sticking risk, especially on stack panels
