Application Instructions
- Ready to use; do not dilute
- For curing new concrete, apply immediately after final steel troweling once surface water has evaporated, covering the slab at 200-400 sq ft/gal per ASTM C309
- For bond breaker coats, apply on a well-cured, smooth, dense casting slab — first coat by spray at 400 sq ft/gal, second coat at 500-700 sq ft/gal at right angles once dry
- On old or water-cured concrete, flood the slab with water, remove excess, then apply at 300-500 sq ft/gal, with a second coat as needed
- Test readiness by dripping water — it should bead up like a waxed car surface
- Clean tools and sprayers with SpecChem Berry Clean or Orange Peel
