SpecWeld is a ready-to-use, re-wettable PVA emulsion bonding agent that bonds new concrete, underlayments, masonry, stucco, and terrazzo to concrete surfaces
SpecWeld works as both a primer/bonding agent and a bonding admixture for cement-based mortars and stucco, recommended for interior and/or exterior use where the surface won't see constant moisture, hydrostatic pressure, or continuous water saturation.

Application Instructions
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, structurally sound, and free of contaminants
- As a primer, apply uniformly at 150-250 sq ft per gallon using a brush, broom, or sprayer, brushing into the surface for a continuous film
- As an admixture, replace half the mixing water with SpecWeld and mix as usual — verify suitability for each application before use
- Store in a cool, dry place in the original tightly closed container
