DISCOVERY 5 Axis CNC Plus Saw
THE MOST POWERFUL BRIDGE SAW OF ITS CATEGORY. The Saw includes side table, rails, camera, cement table with no rubber, ac unit on board, and side spindle for sink cut outs.
The Discovery 5 Axis can be equipped with a highly efficient manipulator, complete with dedicated software and suction cups, which enables the automatic lifting and moving of cut pieces.

Details
Automatic bridge saw with 5 interpolated axis. Machine frame and worktable made of hot galvanized dipped electro-welded steel that guarantees high water resistance.
The blade motor has 24Hp - 17.6 kW power, can reach a maximum speed of 6000 Rpm. It can cut thicknesses up to 200 mm with disc max Ø 625 mm.
The optional side spindle allows to perform cutting, drilling and milling cycles automatically, without stopping the machine for tools’ change, thus increasing its productivity.
Digital brushless type axis drives, coupled with high precision gear motors, linear guides with recirculating balls protected by bellows, allow to do cuts extremely precise. The Z axis is driven by a ball's circulation screw.

CNC Control Panel with a 22" Multi-Touch Screen, featuring advanced interactive graphics, precise axis interpolation, automatic cycle displays and integrated control board operates on Windows platform, easy access through a USB port and Teleservice for remote support.
Mounted on a movable arm for convenient positioning, the panel is paired with dedicated, user-friendly software designed to optimize stone processing operations.
CAD/CAM
The Cad Cam software (Opt.) manages and optimizes all the phases of the process: from the design and/or import of file, the definition of machining strategies, to the estimated timing and control of collisions with 3D simulation, through the provision of parts and underparts on the worktable.
