Premium Black Traffic Loop Blades

Premium Black Traffic Loop Blades

Designed for demanding roadway work, the Premium Black Traffic Loop Blades provide a purpose-built cutting solution for installing and servicing traffic detection loops in asphalt and concrete.

This 12-inch diamond blade uses a .250-inch disc-style core engineered for compatibility with competition-style loop saws. The rigid core helps maintain blade stability during slot cutting, supporting cleaner, more controlled passes.

The blade is intended for wet-cutting applications. Water helps control dust, cools the cutting surface, and supports consistent performance when working through dense pavement materials.

Application

• Traffic loop installation and replacement
• Asphalt and concrete roadway cutting
• Competition-style loop saws
• Precision slots for vehicle detection systems

Its disc-style construction is suited to the specialized requirements of traffic loop work, where controlled slot dimensions and dependable blade tracking are important for efficient installation.

Use the appropriate blade specification for the material being cut. Confirm saw compatibility, arbor requirements, operating speed, and wet-cutting procedures before installation.
