Universal Bulls Eye Segment - STI Style

Universal Bulls Eye Segment - STI Style

The Universal Bulls Eye Segment - STI Style is a metal-bond diamond grinding segment designed for demanding floor preparation and restoration applications. Its bullseye profile provides a practical solution for removing surface material and preparing floors for subsequent polishing or coating work.

Built for use on compatible HTC-style grinding systems, this segment is also interchangeable across multiple machines using the same metal grinding segment configuration. This flexibility helps simplify tooling requirements for contractors operating different grinder platforms.

Applications

• Concrete grinding and floor preparation
• Granite, marble, and natural stone grinding
• Floor restoration and coating removal
• Surface leveling before polishing

The diamond abrasive cuts through hard mineral surfaces with a controlled grinding action. The result is a consistent scratch pattern suitable for progressive tooling sequences and restoration workflows.

Its metal-bond construction is intended for aggressive initial grinding where durable tooling and reliable material removal are required. Performance will vary according to surface hardness, machine settings, operating technique, and segment configuration.

Use the UBES-Y segment when a replaceable grinding component is needed for compatible STI-style or interchangeable diamond tooling systems. Confirm grinder and mounting compatibility before installation.
