SpecPoxy Grout (High Performance Epoxy Grout)

SpecPoxy Grout is a three-component, 100% solids epoxy grout built for high-strength grouting and anchoring in demanding, dynamically loaded applications

SpecPoxy Grout blends a high-strength epoxy resin and curing agent with a specially engineered graded aggregate for excellent flow in a uniform matrix. Its low-exotherm resin allows a long work time and deep-pour capability up to 18 inches in a single lift.

Application Instructions

• Anchor bolt holes must be clean and dry
• Pour continuously to avoid air voids, maintaining full contact with the base plate
• Place from a minimum of 1.0" to a maximum of 18" thick per lift
• Use full aggregate for applications over 6" deep
• Remove uncured material with SpecChem Solvent 100, Orange Peel, or another approved solvent

• Shelf Life: 2 years from manufacture date, stored in original tightly closed containers
