Employees from all company areas are in dialogue with users and maintain an exchange of thoughts on the new development and optimisation of tools, accessories and services. This dialogue also extends to include company areas that are also not normally in daily dialogue with customers in order for them to get to know the requirements and expectations of the customers and of course, to develop solutions.
