Cure & Seal 25 UV is a UV-stable, high-gloss acrylic cure and seal with maximum color stability for exterior and interior use

Cure & Seal 25 UV cures, seals, hardens, and dustproofs new and aged concrete, meeting ASTM C1315 Class A Type 1 and ASTM C309 Type 1, Classes A & B.

Application Instructions

• For new concrete, apply after surface water disappears and before the surface can be marred; apply a uniform coat with a second coat for optimal protection
• For existing concrete, ensure the surface is clean, dry or damp, and free of all contaminants
• Apply at temperatures above 40°F and rising; prepare a test panel on colored concrete first
• Double the coverage rate on broom or rough-finished concrete
