RepCon H-350 is a single-component, polymer-modified mortar suited to screed, trowel-down, or form-and-pour repair applications across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure settings, offering fast setting with strong freeze-thaw protection.

Application Instructions

• Ensure the concrete is sound and free of oil, grease, dust, and laitance
• Saw-cut the repair perimeter 1/8" deeper than the repair depth for a notched, reinforced edge
• Mechanically abrade to a minimum CSP 5 per ICRI 310.2, keeping surfaces SSD with no standing water
• Remove rust from exposed steel reinforcement and coat with SpecPrep SB
• Mix 4.5-5.0 pints of clean water per 50 lb bag with a low-speed drill for 2-3 minutes
• Trowel or screed firmly into the prepared area; for repairs over 2", extend with clean, SSD 3/8" aggregate up to 50% by weight
