RepCon H offers a flowable, pumpable consistency with an integral corrosion inhibitor, suited to horizontal and vertical form/pour repairs and overlays in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure applications.

Application Instructions

• Ensure the concrete is sound and free of oil, grease, dust, and laitance
• Mix 4.5-5.0 pints of clean water per 50 lb bag with a low-speed drill for 3 minutes, adding water first
• Suitable for applications from 1/4" to 2" per lift
• For repairs over 2", extend with clean, SSD 3/8" aggregate up to 60% by weight (30 lbs) and mix an additional 2 minutes; place the extended mix within 20-30 minutes
• Trowel or screed into the prepared area, allow initial set, then finish by hand troweling
• Match texture to surrounding concrete without adding water; SpecFilm can be used as a finishing aid
