RepCon V/O is a single-component, polymer-modified mortar for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure/DOT repair applications. It's hand- or spray-applied and holds up to 2 inches thick per lift.

Application Instructions

• Ensure the concrete is sound and free of oil, grease, dust, laitance, and other contaminants
• Saw-cut the repair perimeter 1/8" deeper than the repair depth for a notched, reinforced edge
• Mechanically abrade to a minimum CSP 5 per ICRI 310.2
• Clean exposed steel of rust and coat with SpecPrep SB
• Mix 6.25-6.75 pints of clean water per 50 lb bag with a low-speed drill for 2-3 minutes until homogenous
• Trowel firmly into the prepared area, overfilling slightly; maximum depth of 2" per lift, with additional lifts applied after initial set on a roughened surface
• Moist cure for 48 hours after finishing; protect from rain, sun, and wind until 70% of 28-day strength is reached

• Set Time (70°F, ASTM C266): Initial set 50 minutes, final set 90 minutes
• Compressive Strength (ASTM C109): 3,650 psi at 1 day, 7,450 psi at 28 days
• Shelf Life: 12 months unopened, stored in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight
