SpecLevel PCT is a premium, cement-based, self-leveling concrete topping designed for an architectural polished finish. It dries to a light concrete gray that's receptive to integral color or stains, and is suitable for both interior and exterior applications across a range of traffic conditions.

Application Instructions

• Spread over the substrate with a long-handled spreader or gauge rake, or apply by pump
• Self-levels within 20 minutes at 70°F — no troweling needed
• For deeper applications, extend with pea gravel
• Accepts foot traffic within 2-4 hours, depending on site conditions

• Set Time: Initial set at 60 minutes, final set at 100 minutes at 70°F
• Compressive Strength: 2,500 psi at 1 day, 5,000 psi at 28 days
• Shelf Life: 12 months in unopened bags, stored in a cool, dry area
