The Optrel Weldcap Bump is a lightweight auto-darkening welding cap that combines the comfort and flexibility of a welding cap with the added protection of an integrated EN 812/A1-certified bump cap.

Unlike traditional welding helmets that only protect part of the head, the Weldcap Bump provides additional crown protection against minor impacts while maintaining a low-profile, lightweight design. It offers the mobility of a welding cap with a level of head protection closer to a conventional helmet. 

The removable flame-retardant textile section is washable and designed for long-term comfort in fabrication shops, maintenance facilities, construction sites, and confined-space welding applications.
