Two 6" Rigid Handle Hand Cups for Flat Surfaces

Wood's Powr-Grip LP6RH2B — 6" Aluminum Rigid Offset Handle Vacuum Hand Cups for Flat Surfaces (70 lbs / 32 kg per Cup) — Matched Pair of 2 with Carrying Case

The Wood's Powr-Grip LP6RH2B is a matched pair of 6" aluminum offset fixed handle vacuum hand cups designed for controlled, stable handling of flat smooth, nonporous materials. Each cup features a 6" (15 cm) standard rubber suction pad (Model LP6), an aluminum offset fixed handle that prevents the load from swinging or changing orientation when lifted, and an industrial-grade plastic plunger. Rated for loads up to 70 lbs (32 kg) per cup on flat surfaces, operable down to 0°F (-18°C), and compact enough to fit in a toolbox or large pocket. Sold as a matched pair of 2 (SKU: 91333, Model: LP6RH) with a durable carrying case. Manufactured by Wood's Powr-Grip.

The LP6RH2B is the matched-pair configuration of the LP6RH — the same cup sold as a Pack of 4 (SKU: 91330). The two-cup matched pair with carrying case is designed for two-person coordinated lifts where each operator uses one cup, or as a dedicated two-cup field kit for installers who carry a matched set. The carrying case keeps both cups together and protected during transport. All LP6RH specifications — pad, capacity, handle geometry, temperature rating — are identical between the LP6RH2B and the LP6RH Pack of 4.

Key Features & Benefits

Aluminum Offset Fixed Handle — Prevents Load Swing and Rotation

The offset fixed handle prevents the attached load from swinging or changing orientation when lifted — keeping the panel at a controlled, predictable angle throughout the lift. This is the correct handle geometry when load orientation must be maintained: positioning tile or stone precisely into place, carrying flat glass panels without rotation, or any application where an uncontrolled swing would be hazardous. The aluminum construction is lighter than steel-handle cups and corrosion-resistant in wet and outdoor environments.

Compact Form Factor — Fits in a Toolbox or Large Pocket

The LP6RH is specifically noted for its compact size — small enough to fit in a toolbox or large pocket, making it a practical everyday carry tool for tradespeople who need a reliable flat-surface cup available at all times without dedicated storage.

Matched Pair of 2 with Durable Carrying Case

The LP6RH2B provides two matched LP6RH cups with a durable carrying case, keeping the pair together and protected during transport to and from job sites. The matched pair is designed for two-person coordinated lifts (one cup per operator at opposite ends of a panel) or as a dedicated two-cup field kit. The carrying case is the key packaging differentiator between the LP6RH2B and the LP6RH Pack of 4 (which ships with vacuum pad protectors).

70 lb (32 kg) Per Cup — 140 lb Combined — LP6 Pad — 0°F Rating

Each cup is rated for 70 lbs (32 kg), giving a combined capacity of 140 lbs (64 kg) for a coordinated two-cup lift. Uses the LP6 standard rubber pad (6" diameter) — not interchangeable with TL6 or LJ6 pads. Rated for operation down to 0°F (-18°C). Patented red-line indicator warns of any significant vacuum loss.

Common Applications

Two-Person Coordinated Flat Panel Lifts

The matched pair configuration supports two-person coordinated lifts where each operator holds one cup at opposite ends of a flat panel. The offset fixed handle on each cup maintains consistent load orientation at both attachment points, preventing the panel from tilting or rotating during the lift. Always lift and lower simultaneously on a coordinated signal.

Tile and Stone Installation — Precise Controlled Placement

Tile setters and stone installers use the LP6RH2B to lift and precisely position flat tile and stone pieces where the offset fixed handle prevents rotation during placement. The compact size allows the cups to be carried in a tool belt or apron pocket.

Flat Glass Panel Handling

Glaziers and glass installers use the LP6RH2B for flat glass panel handling where controlled orientation is required. The 70 lb per cup capacity covers most standard glass panel sizes in residential and light commercial glazing.

Cold Weather and Outdoor Job Sites

The 0°F cold rating and aluminum handle’s corrosion resistance make the LP6RH2B suitable for outdoor winter construction and wet environments.

Compatible Materials

• Flat plate glass and float glass
• Tempered and laminated safety glass (flat)
• Glazed ceramic and polished porcelain tile (flat)
• Polished granite, marble, and engineered stone (flat)
• Smooth painted or coated metal panels (flat)
• Any smooth, nonporous flat surface with load ≤ 70 lbs per cup

Not compatible with: curved surfaces (flat only); rough, textured, or porous surfaces; surfaces contaminated with oil, wax, or debris.

Technical Specifications

Safety Data Summary

• Always lift and lower simultaneously on a coordinated signal when using both cups on a single panel — uncoordinated lifting can overload one cup beyond its 70 lb rating
• Vacuum loss during a lift can result in sudden load drop, causing serious injury or property damage
• Do not exceed 70 lbs (32 kg) per cup
• Flat surfaces only — do not use on curved surfaces
• Damaged or contaminated suction pads must be replaced before use
• In cold environments, verify pad flexibility above 0°F (-18°C) before use
• Do not use above 5,000 ft (1,500 m) elevation
• Safety glasses or face shield, cut-resistant gloves, and steel-toed footwear required

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the difference between the LP6RH2B and the LP6RH Pack of 4 (SKU 91330)?
A: Both use the same LP6RH cup — same LP6 pad, aluminum offset fixed handle, plastic plunger, 70 lb capacity, 0°F rating, and flat-only surface rating. The LP6RH2B is a matched pair of 2 cups with a durable carrying case, designed for two-person coordinated lifts as a dedicated matched set. The LP6RH Pack of 4 (SKU: 91330) provides four cups with vacuum pad protectors, suited for higher-volume operations or when more than two cups are needed. Choose the LP6RH2B for a dedicated two-cup field kit with carrying case; choose the Pack of 4 for higher-volume operations.

Q: What is the difference between the LP6RH2B and the LP6HG?
A: Both use the LP6 pad and aluminum handle. The LP6RH2B uses an offset fixed handle that prevents load swing — the correct choice when load orientation must be controlled. The LP6HG uses a Handi-Grip handle optimized for versatile positioning across a range of materials. LP6 replacement pads are interchangeable between both models.

Q: Is this product made to order?
A: Yes. This product is made to order and all sales are final. Please confirm your surface type, load requirements, and operating environment before placing your order.
