Polibrill

Instructions:

Use clean water with each step. Avoid using the abrasives without water! When using a variable speed hand polisher, always adjust to low speed to avoid burning the resins.

- Polibrill Step 0 - Black - This first step will remove deep scratches, etch marks and heavy wear. Add clean water and work the area at least 10 to 20 passes making clockwise circular movements until the surface becomes a consistently matte finish and you are sure that the damage was removed. Rinse and dry the surface, inspect for uniformity.
- Polibrill Step 1- Red - Removes acid etches and light scratches and wear, leaves a smooth matte finish. Use clean water and work the area at least 10 to 20 passes, making clockwise circular movements. Rinse and dry the surface, inspect for uniformity. Make sure there are no scratches left from the previous step.
- Polibrill Step 2 - Brown – Prepares the surface to be polished and leaves a satin finish. Use clean water and work the area with at least 10 to 20 passes, making
clockwise circular movements. Rinse and dry the surface, inspect for uniformity. Make sure there are no scratches left from the previous step.
- Polibrill Step 3 - Yellow - Use it to obtain a gloss 1,500 grit finish, you should be able to see a nice gloss and clear reflection from an angle. Use clean water and work the area at least 10 to 20 passes, making clockwise circular movements.
Rinse and dry the surface, inspect for uniformity. Make sure there are no scratches left from the previous step.
- Polibrill Step 4 - Gray - High Gloss Polish to achieve a “mirror” or wet look finish. Use clean water and work the area at least 10 to 20 passes, making clockwise circular movements. Rinse and dry the surface.

Step 5  –  It’s recommended to finish the polish with Bonastre’s Green pad to achieve a perfect clarity and remove any swirls mark left by the resins after Polibrill’s step 3 or 4.
