Safe & Secure Payments
The 35 Series Diamond Glass Densifier is an eco-friendly, lithium silicate-based impregnating densifier designed for use in polishing natural and cementitious surfaces. This concentrated formula is water-dilutable and suitable for both interior and exterior applications.
It penetrates deep into the concrete surface without altering its natural appearance, creating a harder, denser, and more reflective floor. When used as part of a polishing system, it improves abrasion resistance and enhances protection against freeze/thaw damage, efflorescence, spalling, staining, mildew, fungi, and water intrusion.
The advanced nano glass bead technology enhances penetration, durability, and long-term performance while reducing maintenance and cleaning costs.
Key Benefits
- Increases surface hardness and abrasion resistance
- Enhances gloss and light reflectivity in polished concrete
- Reduces staining, dusting, and surface wear
- Improves resistance to freeze/thaw scaling and moisture intrusion
- Eco-friendly, low VOC formula
- Will not flake, peel, or yellow over time
- Breathable, long-lasting surface protection
Recommended Uses
Suitable for a wide range of cementitious and natural stone surfaces, including:
- Polished concrete floors
- Terrazzo
- Granite and natural stone
- Limestone
- Stucco
- Decorative concrete
- Countertops and other porous cement-based surfaces
Ideal for any application requiring increased hardness, durability, and reflectivity.
Surface Preparation
Ensure all surfaces are:
- Clean, dry, and free of contaminants
- Free from curing compounds, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence, and laitance
- Properly prepared to allow full penetration and bonding
Application Instructions
The 35 Series Diamond Glass Densifier can be applied using a sprayer, roller, or brush. For polished concrete applications, a pump sprayer and microfiber applicator are recommended.
Mixing Ratio
- Mix 4 parts water to 1 part densifier
- One gallon produces approximately 5 gallons of ready-to-use solution
Application Steps
- Apply evenly to saturate the surface
- Do not allow pooling or puddling
- Allow to dry for 1–2 hours depending on conditions
- Surface may accept foot traffic after approximately 2 hours
- Full curing and maximum hardness develop over ~7 days
Tools can be cleaned with water—no hazardous disposal required.
Coverage
Coverage varies based on surface porosity, texture, and application method.
- Typical range: 400–800 sq. ft. per gallon on smooth, dense surfaces
Limitations
- Do not apply below 40°F or above 100°F
- Avoid application in extreme wind or hot, dry conditions without pre-dampening surface
- Do not allow product to freeze (32°F freeze point)
