Caldwell Model 82NC Narrow Coil C-Hook

The Caldwell Model 82NC Narrow Coil C-Hook is specifically designed for safely lifting and transporting narrow slit coils while minimizing coil edge damage. Available in capacities from 1/2 ton to 5 tons, the Model 82NC provides a durable alternative to web slings and is ideal for steel service centers, coil processors, fabrication shops, and manufacturing facilities handling narrow steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and other metal coils.

Constructed from high-strength steel, the Model 82NC features a lightweight design for easier handling, a built-in guide handle for precise positioning, and an inside hook radius that helps prevent damage to finished coil edges. An optional curved coil saddle is available for additional load protection. Unlike Caldwell's counterbalanced C-hooks, the 82NC does not hang level when empty, making it purpose-built for lightweight, narrow coil applications.
