Application Instructions
- For new concrete, apply once surface water has disappeared and the surface can be worked without marring; apply a uniform coat, with a second coat recommended for enhanced protection
- For existing concrete, ensure the surface is clean, dry or damp, and free of stains, oil, grease, dirt, and incompatible coatings
