Cure & Seal 25 EX's unique solvent blend cures, seals, hardens, and dustproofs both new and aged concrete, complying with OTC/LADCO/MRPO regional VOC standards.

Application Instructions

• Avoid applying to hot surfaces or in direct sunlight, to prevent bubbling, peeling, or blushing
• Keep sprayer tip within 12 inches of the surface and maintain high pressure
• For new concrete, apply once surface water has dissipated, with a second coat at 400 sq ft/gal for enhanced protection
• For existing concrete, ensure the surface is clean, dry or damp, and free of stains, oils, grease, dirt, and incompatible coatings
• For dustproofing and sealing, apply two coats at 500 sq ft/gal; double the rate on rough or broom-finished surfaces

• VOC Content: Under 350 g/L, complying with Federal AIM rule and OTC/LADCO/MRPO standards
• Shelf Life: 2 years from manufacture date in original tightly closed containers
