The Omega Diamond Q-Jig is a specialized "speed square" for granite countertop fabrication, helping you lay out perfect inside mitered corner seams — also known as a quirk miter, keystone cut, or mitered joint — along with a range of other layout tasks.
This tool decreases fabrication time, especially on prefabricated countertops with the standard 4cm (1½ inch) full bullnose edge. It's engineered to place the angle of the miter right where the bullnose and the top flat meet, saving both time and stone — you grind or cut less, and only remove the curvature of the bullnose instead of several inches of slab along with it.
