RepCon V/O is a single-component, polymer-modified mortar for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure/DOT repair applications. It's hand- or spray-applied and holds up to 2 inches thick per lift.

Application Instructions
- Ensure the concrete is sound and free of oil, grease, dust, laitance, and other contaminants
- Saw-cut the repair perimeter 1/8" deeper than the repair depth for a notched, reinforced edge
- Mechanically abrade to a minimum CSP 5 per ICRI 310.2
- Clean exposed steel of rust and coat with SpecPrep SB
- Mix 6.25-6.75 pints of clean water per 50 lb bag with a low-speed drill for 2-3 minutes until homogenous
- Trowel firmly into the prepared area, overfilling slightly; maximum depth of 2" per lift, with additional lifts applied after initial set on a roughened surface
- Moist cure for 48 hours after finishing; protect from rain, sun, and wind until 70% of 28-day strength is reached
