SC Multi-Purpose Grout is a non-shrink, non-metallic cement-based grout formulated for everything from damp pack to flowable grouting applications
SC Multi-Purpose Grout uses controlled positive expansion for maximum effective bearing, and works well for filling voids, gaps, and cavities under machine baseplates, anchor bolts, and precast elements. It meets ASTM C1107, CRD C-621, and is USDA accepted.

Application Instructions
- Remove all dirt, oil, and loose or foreign materials; metal in contact with the grout must be free of rust, oil, and grease
- Ensure the concrete surface is sound and roughened (CSP 3 or greater), and achieve SSD for at least an hour before grouting
- Ensure materials and surfaces are within 50-80°F; do not apply below 40°F or if inclement weather is expected within 24 hours
- Mix in two steps: add 2/3 of the water first, add the grout, then add the remaining 1/3 of water for desired consistency; mix an additional 2-3 minutes
- Do not mix more than can be placed within a 30-minute work time at 70°F
- Place continuously and swiftly to avoid air pockets; do not vibrate the grout, and fill only to the bottom of the base plate
- For applications over 3" deep, extend with pre-washed 3/8" pea gravel
- Wet cure immediately after placement until final set, then apply an ASTM C309 compliant curing compound
Technical Data Summary
- Yield: Approximately 0.45 cu ft per 50 lb bag in fluid condition (up to 0.59 cu ft with 50% by weight 3/8" pea stone)
- Shelf Life: 1 year from manufacture date, stored in a cool, dry place in the original sealed container
