SpecGuard is a high-gloss, water-based polymeric protectant that boosts the appearance and stain resistance of concrete floors
SpecGuard uses cross-linking nanotechnology for deep penetration and adhesion, creating a tough, stain-resistant coating with UV absorbers that protect colored or dyed concrete from fading. It can be used alone or paired with a reactive sealer like SpecHard or LithSeal SC for a glossy, harder, chemically resistant finish.

Application Instructions
- Ensure the surface is clean and free of cures, oil, dirt, grease, or debris
- Apply with a pump-up sprayer with a 0.5 gpm spray tip to a small section at a time
- Spread with a microfiber pad using firm pressure for a thin, even coating
- Allow to dry tack-free for 20-60 minutes, then burnish with a high-speed burnisher
- Repeat for up to three coats for maximum gloss
- Allow 72 hours of dry time before testing stain resistance
