SpecPatch Light works on concrete floors, walls, precast, tilt-up, and masonry surfaces for both horizontal and vertical repairs, and can be shaped by shaving or sanding once set.

Application Instructions
- Ensure the concrete is sound and free of oil, grease, dust, and other contaminants
- Saw-cut 1/8" deeper than the repair depth around the perimeter for a notched, reinforced edge
- Roughen the surface to a minimum CSP of 5 per ICRI 310.2, keeping it damp with no standing water
- Remove rust from exposed steel reinforcement and coat with SpecPrep SB
- Mix 6.75-7.25 pints of clean water per 50 lb bag with a low-speed drill for 2-3 minutes
- Mixing with SpecChem StrongBond Acrylic Bonder is recommended for areas subject to heavy wear
- Apply firmly, overfilling slightly, then shape to the desired contour after initial set; apply in layers up to 1" thick, roughening between layers
- In dry conditions, a water-based curing compound compliant with ASTM C309 may be used
