SpecPlug is a single-component, add-water mortar that expands as it sets to form a strong, watertight bond without shrinking or oxidizing. It's suitable for both vertical and underwater applications and is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for potable water contact.

Application Instructions
- Enlarge cracks to at least 3/4" in width and depth, cut square or undercut
- Remove all grease, wax, oil, contaminants, curing compounds, and weak or deteriorated concrete
- Saturate the repair area with water
- Mix to a putty-like consistency, aiming for a 20-21% water-to-product ratio by weight
- Mix only what can be placed within 2 minutes
- For vertical or moving-water applications, hold firmly in place until set (about 3 minutes)
- Use hot water/warm material in cold conditions and cold water in hot conditions to manage set time
- Keep damp for at least 30 minutes; wet curing for up to 2 days achieves optimal strength
