The Metacaulk 1000 is a 1-component, intumescent fire-rated sealant designed for construction joints and through-penetrations.

This water-based, VOC-compliant sealant cures to an elastomeric seal, providing superior protection against flames, smoke, hot gases, and water. With systems rated for 1, 2, 3, and 4 hours in accordance with ASTM E 814, UL 1479, UL 2079, and CAN/ULC-S115 standards, and an STC rating of 62, Metacaulk 1000 is ideal for dynamic motion applications and interior use.
