The Special Express Water Wagon is built around a reinforced 7-inch channel iron frame designed for demanding industrial towing applications. Tandem 10K axles and electric brakes provide improved towing stability and control under full water loads. Internal tank baffling helps reduce water surge during transport for safer towing performance.

Diamond tread fenders, walkway surfaces, galvanized manifolds, and industrial plumbing components are designed to withstand rugged jobsite conditions and long-term fleet use.

Pump & Spray System

The standard trailer uses a commercial-grade 2-inch Tsurumi transfer pump powered by a Honda engine for reliable high-volume water transfer. Optional high-pressure systems increase performance up to approximately 100 GPM at 100 PSI for demanding spray applications.

The rear dual-nozzle spray bar allows wide-area watering coverage for dust suppression and soil conditioning applications. Optional electric spray valves and remote controls improve operator convenience from inside the tow vehicle.

Towing Requirements
