SpecPoxy 500

SpecPoxy 500 is a very low viscosity, moisture-insensitive structural epoxy adhesive built for deep crack healing and injection repairs

SpecPoxy 500 is a two-component, 100% solids, solvent-free, high-strength adhesive that seals and heals cracks deeply, and binds concrete, steel, and wood effectively. It's suitable for gravity-fed or pressure injection crack repairs, and for anchoring bolts, dowels, and reinforcing bars.

Application Instructions

• Ensure air, material, and surface temperatures are at least 40°F before mixing or application; precondition materials to 75°F for easier mixing
• For bulk applications, mix 2 parts Component A to 1 part Component B by volume with a low-speed drill for 3 minutes
• Remove uncured material using SpecChem Orange Peel Citrus Cleaner or another approved solvent
