BMF™ Quartzite Incremental Cutting Bits
Designed for demanding stone fabrication, the BMF™ Quartzite Incremental Cutting Bit delivers controlled cutting performance when producing sink holes in hard quartzite and granite.
This CNC finger tip bit uses a screw-on tip design with a 12mm thread, allowing the cutting tip to be installed on compatible radial arm machine tooling.
The soft bond is formulated for extremely hard quartzite and granite materials. Its bond characteristics support effective diamond exposure while cutting dense stone surfaces.
For operators working with difficult slab materials, selecting a bit matched to the stone hardness is essential for maintaining cutting efficiency and consistent tool operation.
