K-Set contains no calcium chloride, avoiding the corrosive effects that chloride-based accelerators have on reinforcing steel. It's formulated for cold weather use or anywhere reduced setting time, higher early strength, and improved workability are needed.

Application Instructions

• Add K-Set to water, sand, or the complete mix — do not add to dry cement or let it contact other additives before entering the mortar
• For masonry cement, add 10-25 oz per bag depending on the degree of acceleration needed
• For Portland cement, add 18-46 oz per bag
• Determine the exact rate by testing the actual job materials
• Decreases water requirements by approximately 4-8%
