Final Finish is a rapid-hardening, polymer-modified concrete resurfacing mortar for a smooth, buttery finish on floors and walls

Final Finish combines a long pot life with rapid hardening, minimizing waste and labor for thin cosmetic repairs that need fine texture detail. It contains no crystalline silica and is suitable for interior and exterior use on horizontal and vertical surfaces.

Application Instructions

• Ensure the concrete is free of oil, grease, dust, laitance, and other contaminants; pre-dampen porous or very dry/hot substrates to SSD
• For trowel or sponge float applications, apply pressure to force material into cracks, voids, and honeycombed areas
• For wall applications, fill low areas and voids with SpecPatch or Overcrete first and let harden, then apply a thin layer of Final Finish with a sponge float or trowel
• A second coat may be applied before the first fully cures, if needed, avoiding extreme heat or wind
• Clean tools and equipment with water before the material hardens
• Protect from rain or excess water until fully cured (24 hours)
