Diamond hand polishing/sanding pads are used to perform light on-site polishing/recovering of scratches and other hand polishing jobs.

They are ideal for polishing granite, marble, glass and concrete. Electroplated diamond hand polishing pads are more aggressive and suitable for polishing granite and concrete. They are also widely used for smoothing out edges of glass.

A set of diamond hand polishing pads comes with 7 pieces. 4 pads are of different electroplated grits, 60, 100, 200, and 400 grit. The last 3 pads are resin with embedded diamonds, 800, 1500 and 3000 grit.

An electroplated hand pad is a type of abrasive pad used for various surface finishing and polishing applications. It consists of a hand-held pad with an electroplated layer of abrasive material on its surface. The electroplating process involves depositing a layer of abrasive particles onto the pad using an electrochemical technique.

Electroplated hand pads offer several advantages over other types of abrasive tools. The electroplated layer ensures a strong bond between the abrasive particles and the pad, resulting in long-lasting performance. They are also known for their precision and ability to provide consistent and uniform surface finishes. Additionally, electroplated hand pads are often more flexible and conformable compared to rigid grinding wheels, allowing for greater control and access to difficult-to-reach areas.
