BATTIPAV Elite 80S Masonry Saw with laser and wheels

ELITE 80 is a masonry saw ideal for the building sector. Ergonomic design with van technical innovations, compact and strong, it’s suitable for cutting bricks, stones, concrete-blocks, granite, marble and natural stones.

 It makes cuts pushing the sliding working table or tilting the cutting head. It’s planned to work with disks Ø 350 mm. and, according to the version, laser instrument and kit wheels are supplied standard or as optionals.

WORKING TABLE

Working table in aluminium draw-plate with grooves 10 mm wheelbase whose measure corresponds to that of the graduated scale fixed on the supporting rod.

CONTROL BOARD

Control board includes:
– Switch with release coil
– Overheat protection with manual reset in the event of the disk jamming
– Red light for signalling the presence to connection net
– Green light for signalling machine on function
– Laser instrument for the maximun cutting precision (optional in standard version)

TILTING CUTTING HEAD

Tilting cutting head for one greater rapidity and precision in the execution of particular cuts. It can be locked at the wished height.

KNUCKLE JOINT

Knuckle joint for the double adjustment:
a) tilting of the cutting head
b) 45° angle cut

CUTS AT 45° ANGLE (JOLLY)

Position 45° angle cuts with relative tilting of the cutting head.

TRANSPORT

Built to reduce at the minimum the encumbrance during the carriage and above all the storage space.
