Cleaning-N Blocks for Diamond Blades

Rubi Cleaning-N Blocks for Diamond Blades

Restore the cutting action of worn or glazed diamond blades with Rubi Cleaning-N Blocks, a practical dressing tool for maintaining consistent blade performance.

During cutting, diamond segments can become loaded with material or glazed over, reducing cutting speed and increasing operating resistance. The Cleaning-N block helps remove this buildup and refresh the exposed diamond surface.

These dressing stones are especially suitable for diamond blades used to cut porcelain tiles, where dense material can quickly affect cutting efficiency and finish quality.

Cleaning-N Blocks are also recommended for large-diameter diamond blades used in professional workshop, fabrication, construction, and tile-cutting applications.

Periodic use helps maintain the blade’s cutting response between jobs, reducing the effects of glazing and supporting more consistent material removal.
