Application

• New Concrete: Apply as soon as surface water disappears and without marring the concrete. For best results, apply in uniform thin coats, allowing the first coat to dry completely before applying the second.
• Existing Concrete: Ensure the surface is clean, dry or damp, and free from stains, oils, and incompatible coatings. This product revives concrete, brick, or terrazzo surfaces, making them easier to maintain and more aesthetically pleasing.
• Coverage:
  • Curing: 300 – 400 sq ft/gal
  • Dustproofing and Sealing: 400 – 600 sq ft/gal
  • Rough or broom finished concrete may require double the coverage.

Packaging

Available in 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums.

Shelf Life

Two years from the date of manufacture when stored in the original tightly sealed containers. Avoid contamination with water or dirt.

• VOC content below 350 g/l
• Meets Federal AIM rule VOC requirements and VOC standards in OTC/LADCO/MRPO regions
• Complies with ASTM C1315 Class A and ASTM C309, Type 1, Classes A & B
