Application Instructions

Preparation

1. Protect people, vehicles, property, painted surfaces, plants, and all surfaces not intended for treatment from product, splash, and wind drift.
2. Protect and/or divert pedestrian and auto traffic from the work area.
3. Test or protect metal finishes and glass that may be damaged by the product.
4. Confirm surface and air temperatures are at or above 40°F (4°C). Cleaning effectiveness is reduced below 50°F (10°C).
5. Always test a small area of each surface to confirm suitability, coverage rate, and desired results before beginning overall application.

Equipment

1. Apply with a long-handled brush, mop, or pump-up sprayer.
2. Use a stiff bristle brush or mechanical scrub machine for scrubbing.
3. Use a mop or wet-vac to collect spent cleaner and debonded coating.
4. Pressure-wash under 1,000 psi or mop with fresh water only if needed to remove excess residue.

Dilution

1. Apply as packaged. Do not dilute or alter the product.

Application

1. Apply with low-pressure spray to a dry surface.
2. Allow to dwell for 5–10 minutes. Allow more dwell time when temperatures are below 50°F (10°C).
3. Scrub with a stiff bristle brush or a mechanical scrub machine.
4. Take up as much spent cleaner and dissolved coating as possible. Ensure cleaned floors are as free as possible of spent cleaner and debonded coatings.
5. Rinse or mop the floor with fresh water if needed. A thorough mop, wet-vac, or machine scrub usually removes enough residue so the cleaned floor can be treated once dry.

Cleanup

1. Clean all tools and equipment with fresh water.

Storage and Handling

1. Store in a cool, dry place away from other chemicals.
2. Keep tightly closed when not dispensing.
3. Do not alter or mix with other chemicals.
4. Maintain storage temperatures of 45–100°F (7–38°C).
5. Do not double stack pallets.
6. Dispose of unused product and container in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
