This white coating is designed for restoration professionals and certified applicators to be used for sealing in smoke odors from fire damage. Professionals also use EnviroShield Odor & Stain Blocker to tackle lingering musty mildew odors or to seal nicotine or pet odors. In addition, this coating blocks tough stains including severe water damage, rust, nicotine, tannin and more. EnviroShield Odor & Stain blocker can be used as a primer or as a finish coat and its water based formulation provides easy soap and water clean-up.
