Cure & Seal WB 30 is a high solid, water-based, VOC compliant acrylic polymer engineered to cure, seal, harden, and dustproof freshly placed concrete, and improve the wearability and durability of aged concrete surfaces. This low-odor, water-based formulation is ideal for both interior and exterior applications.
- Provides a tough, glossy film that resists abrasion and common staining materials.
- Prevents adhesion of cementitious droppings and penetration of most oils and greases.
- Reduces maintenance and cleanup costs while brightening floors.
- Allows recoating prior to occupancy without stripping previous applications, enhancing the final glossy finish.
- USDA accepted and meets strict environmental standards, including VOC emission requirements of SCAQMD.
Application
- New Concrete: Apply once surface water has disappeared, ensuring the concrete surface is not marred by walking. Apply in a uniform coat and consider a second coat at 400 sq ft/gal for enhanced curing and sealing protection.
- Existing Concrete: Ensure the surface is clean, dry or damp, and free of stains, oil, grease, and incompatible coatings. Treatment revitalizes concrete, brick, or terrazzo floors, making them brighter and easier to maintain.

- Curing: 300 sq ft/gal.
- Dustproofing and Sealing: 300 – 500 sq ft/gal.
- Aged concrete: 400 – 600 sq ft/gal.
Packaging
Available in 275-gallon totes, 55-gallon drums, and 5-gallon pails.
Shelf Life
One year from the date of manufacture when stored in original tightly sealed containers. Protect from freezing.
Standards
- Meets ASTM C-309, Type I, Class A & B and ASTM 1315, Type 1, Class A.
- VOC content below 98 g/l, compliant with EPA limit < 350 g/l.
- Tested and approved compliant with CDPH Standard Method V1.2 (LEED V4/4.1).
Cleaning
Clean application equipment with water if the product has not dried. For dried products, use xylene or other approved solvents.
