Cutting porcelain stoneware and ceramic tiles using small angle grinders with a disc diameter of 3" is gaining popularity among tile professionals. Such angle grinders are very light and maneuverable, and diamond discs for them, thanks to the small diameter of the body, have increased rigidity.
These factors increase the interest of professionals in such tools. However, manual cutting can be accompanied by a change in the angle of inclination of the disc to the workpiece, which increases the likelihood of unwanted chips. Even the most professional tilers find it incredibly difficult to maintain perpendicularity between the disc and the tile while performing cuts.
The Roller 3" accessory ensures perpendicular cutting without extra control from the operator, thereby significantly simplifying the task. Thanks to the rollers, moving the accessory along the tile is done without additional effort, and the special material of the rollers leaves no traces on the product. This device is installed on the open protective guard of the angle grinder, and it is not installed on the semi-enclosed guard.
Roller 3" accessory allows for complete dust extraction from the cutting zone thanks to a special dust extraction nozzle and silicone seal.
