Legend Open Series Limited Warranty Coverage

The Legend TU falls under the Legend Open Series warranty tier. Structural warranty covers the main frame, sub frame, bottom rails, cross-members, wall uprights, and top rails against defects in materials and workmanship arising from normal use. Components warranted by their respective manufacturers — including tires, axles, brake components, suspension, couplers, jacks, and lights — are excluded from the Legend Limited Warranty and covered separately by those manufacturers.

Key Warranty Conditions:

• Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original retail purchaser only.
• Warranty registration card must be completed and returned to Legend Manufacturing within 15 days of purchase; failure to do so voids all express warranties except as prohibited by law.
• Defects must be reported to the Warrantor or original dealership within 15 days of discovery.
• Warranty does not cover negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, overload, improper hitching, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs or alterations.
• Normal wear items (struts, lights, bearings, brakes, brake linings, tires, batteries) are not covered for wear.
• Painted finish is explicitly excluded due to inherent conditions of normal use, including chipping, scratching, fading, and damage from road debris, salt, tar, or weather.
