The Wood's Powr-Grip MRPT16 Series is a high-capacity battery-powered vacuum rotator/tilter designed for demanding industrial lifting, rotating, and tilting of large, heavy flat and curved loads. Featuring Intelli-Grip Technology® that automatically monitors vacuum and power systems to maximize safety and efficiency while simplifying maintenance and repairs, a dual vacuum system, and an integrated weight sensor that prevents the lifter from detaching from unsupported loads. The MRPT209CDC3 (SKU 98820) uses an alternative pad frame designed for curved surfaces, rated for 2,000 lbs (910 kg). This is the correct choice when the load surface is curved and the standard flat/smooth pad frame cannot achieve a full vacuum seal.

How to Select Your Configuration

Flat/Smooth Surfaces — With or Without Integrated Counterbalancer

For flat and smooth surface loads up to 2,800 lbs, choose between SKU 98818 (with integrated counterbalancer) and SKU 98810 (without counterbalancer). The counterbalancer is recommended for loads at or near the rated capacity limit and for any application where forward tilt of the load during the lift is a concern. SKU 98818 includes the counterbalancer (98815) as an integrated component.

Curved Surfaces — Alternative Pad Frame

For curved surface loads up to 2,000 lbs, choose SKU 98820 (MRPT209CDC3) with the alternative pad frame designed for curved surfaces. Do not use the flat/smooth pad frame models on curved surfaces.
