6,000 Lumen LED Tripod Work Light – Portable Bright Lighting

Voltec 6,000 Lumen LED Tripod Work Light – Powerful Portable Jobsite Illumination

The Voltec is a 50-watt AC-powered LED tripod work light delivering 6,000 lumens of total output via two adjustable 3,000-lumen lamp heads, purpose-built for contractors and trades professionals who need reliable, high-intensity illumination in low-light or nighttime conditions. Designed for rugged jobsite use, the unit features a die cast aluminum housing, coated steel carry handles, and an extendable tripod stand that allows precise positioning of both height and beam direction. The cULus Listed work light ships with an 18/3 AWG, 4 ft SJTW power cord with a 5-15 plug, making it ready to connect to standard jobsite power. It is equally suited to construction sites, workshops, garages, basements, automotive bays, maintenance work, and temporary outdoor lighting applications.

Technical Specifications

Unlike single-head work lights, the Voltec 08-00742 splits its 6,000-lumen output across two independently adjustable 25-watt LED heads, allowing contractors to direct light at multiple angles simultaneously from a single power connection. The die cast aluminum housing and coated steel carry handles provide durability that plastic-bodied alternatives cannot match, while the 50,000-hour LED lifespan significantly reduces lamp replacement costs over the life of the unit.

Key Features & Benefits

Dual 3,000-Lumen Adjustable LED Heads

Two independently adjustable lamp heads deliver a combined 6,000 lumens, enabling contractors to illuminate multiple work zones or angles from a single unit. This eliminates the need for a second light on many tasks, reducing equipment to transport and set up.

50,000-Hour LED Life Span

The high-power LED modules are rated for 50,000 hours of operation, dramatically reducing maintenance downtime and lamp replacement costs compared to halogen or fluorescent alternatives. For contractors running lights on extended shifts, this longevity translates directly to lower total cost of ownership.

Extendable Tripod with Adjustable Lamp Heads

The extendable tripod stand lets users set the light at the optimal working height, while the adjustable lamp heads allow precise beam direction without repositioning the entire unit. This flexibility is critical when illuminating uneven terrain or confined spaces on a jobsite.

Rugged Die Cast Aluminum Housing

The die cast aluminum housing is built to withstand the physical demands of construction sites, including impacts, dust, and moisture exposure. Coated steel carry handles add structural integrity and make the unit easy to transport between work areas.

On/Off Switches

Individual on/off switches give the operator direct control over the light without unplugging the unit, a practical convenience when moving between tasks or conserving power during breaks.

Portable, Jobsite-Ready Design

The combination of an extendable tripod, coated steel carry handles, and a compact 4 ft SJTW power cord makes this unit straightforward to transport, position, and connect on any jobsite. It is designed for on-the-go portability without sacrificing output or durability.
