Product Description
7 Ft. Sickle Bar Mower Attachment - Excavator
The Eterra 7 ft. Excavator Sickle Bar Mower is designed specifically for the heavy-duty demands of excavator work, delivering clean, precise cuts across a variety of challenging terrains. A robust, non-clogging sickle slices through grass, brush, and other vegetation up to 2" in diameter without scattering debris, keeping your worksite safe and clean.
The 7 ft. cut width helps operators get more done on berm cutting and trail maintenance jobs. That makes this attachment a strong fit for farms, orchards, and road maintenance businesses. Use it for side cutting along roadsides and ditches, trimming hedges, and making vertical cuts along driveways where vegetation has grown out over the path.
A hydraulic gerotor motor drives the knife through a planetary gearbox. The heavy-duty construction minimizes maintenance while performing consistently even in dense brush and tough conditions, giving professionals the precision and durability they need for any trimming or vegetation management task.

Maintenance at a Glance
- Use SAE multi-purpose lithium-based grease on all grease fittings. Synthetic or high-heat greases will not flow properly in the gearbox and can damage it.
- Grease the main gearbox every 50 hours with 5 pumps from a hand grease gun.
- Grease the bottom drive spud every 50 hours with 1 pump. When cutting green, juicy material, grease it 1 pump daily.
- Check knifehead bolt torque every time grease is applied.
- Use only hand-pump grease guns, and clean fittings before greasing to keep dirt out of the bearings.
