HCR Diamond Polishing Pads

HCR Diamond Polishing Pads

Accelerate concrete floor preparation with the HCR Diamond Polishing Pads, engineered with hybrid diamond abrasive technology for controlled grinding, smoothing, and polishing.

Each disc combines ceramic and metal segments to balance aggressive material removal with a consistent working surface. This design helps smooth concrete efficiently while preparing the floor for subsequent polishing stages.

The hybrid construction produces a practical transition between conventional metal-bond and resin-bond tooling. It is suited to restoration workflows requiring dependable cutting action and a cleaner, more refined finish.

Key Features

• Hybrid ceramic-and-metal diamond segments
• Designed for concrete floor smoothing and polishing
• Supports efficient material removal during restoration
• Compatible with professional floor polishing workflows

The HCR Diamond Polishing Pads are categorized as specialty diamond polishing pads and concrete polishing pads, making them suitable for contractors, restoration professionals, and flooring specialists working on concrete surfaces.

The HCR2 disc can also be used in combination with CONCRETE FILLER. This combination supports surface correction where voids, pinholes, or other imperfections require filling before continued polishing.

Use the pad as part of a staged concrete polishing process, selecting the appropriate grit and progression for the required surface profile and finish. Actual performance depends on concrete hardness, floor condition, equipment, and operating technique.
