A: No. The Legend Manufacturer's Limited Warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original retail purchaser.

A: The structural warranty covers the main frame, sub frame, bottom rails, cross-members, wall uprights, and top rails or roof bows against defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years. The commercial use warranty is a separate 1-year coverage term. Components such as tires, axles, brake components, lights, engineered wood flooring, and other parts warranted by their respective manufacturers are excluded from the Legend Limited Warranty.

Q: What do I need to do to validate the warranty?
A: The purchaser must complete, sign, and return the warranty registration card to Legend Manufacturing, Inc. within 15 days of the original purchase date. Failure to do so within 15 days voids all express warranties except as prohibited by law.

Q: Are rental units covered under the standard warranty terms?
A: No. Any trailer utilized as a rental unit or dealer demo is warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of original retail purchase only.

Q: What axle and coupler differences exist between single and tandem axle models?
A: Single axle models use a 2" straight coupler and come with 1 idler (no electric brakes). Tandem axle models use a 2 5/16" straight coupler and include 2 electric brakes as standard equipment.

Q: Can the exterior skin be repaired with mechanical fasteners if the bonding agent fails?
A: Per the warranty terms, if a bonding agent failure occurs, Legend Manufacturing or its approved repair facility may, at its discretion, install mechanical fasteners (such as rivets or screws) as part of the repair process in lieu of or in addition to the original bonding agent.
